Press release from the issuing company
EFI™ (Nasdaq: EFII), a world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, today announced that Bloomington Offset Process, Inc., known as bopi, has recently installed the EFI Monarch MIS. A user of EFI Logic™ for more than 20 years, the company decided the time was right to upgrade to the powerful Monarch suite to realize greater efficiencies and tighter system integration.
Serving the Midwest for more than 60 years, bopi is a premier print, mail, e-commerce and automated marketing solutions provider. They offer a wide range of distinctive business solutions including print, e-commerce, variable data, digital asset management and enhanced solutions including measured marketing campaigns, supply chain management and constant collateral systems.
After reviewing several management system options, bopi selected EFI Monarch for its “...robust modules, strong integration and the stability and strength of EFI,” said Tom Mercier, president and CEO. The company installed the first modules in a record three months, with more modules to be added this spring.
“EFI Monarch is an amazing product, and after only a few weeks of using the system, we can’t image going back to Logic,” said Jeff Mercier, director of operations. “We’re already seeing efficiencies in a number of areas, such as faster invoicing, and the enhanced postage integration is a huge time saver. We expect the benefits to grow each week as we continue to fully integrate the system, and definitely believe we made the right decision to upgrade to Monarch.”
“bopi joins a growing list of companies who rely on Monarch to take their business success to the next level,” said Jeff White, general manager of EFI Monarch. “bopi’s desire to be up and running in only three months is strong proof of their total commitment to this change, and we’re looking forward to their other modules going live so they can realize the full power of Monarch.”
