NEPS, a leading provider of customer communications management solutions and technologies, announced today that it has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) for the Volly™ secure digital delivery service. NEPS will enhance their comprehensive services offering by providing the Volly™ secure digital delivery service to their customers in the financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries.

The Pitney Bowes Volly™ secure digital delivery service is a cloud-based digital mail communications platform that will empower consumers to receive, view, organize, and manage bills, statements, direct marketing, catalogs, coupons and other content from multiple providers using a single application. Volly™ is an opt-in, consumer-focused consolidation service which also includes online bill pay, and will be made available at no cost to U.S. consumers.
