Intelligencer Printing Company, Lancaster, Pa., has announced the launch of a nationwide search for a chief executive officer who will guide the industry leading company through its ongoing transformation from traditional printing, mailing, and fulfillment services to a multi-media print and marketing organization.
“We are seeking a visionary leader who will oversee Intelligencer’s continued growth and expansion into areas today’s marketing and media buyers demand, while maintaining the tradition of printing excellence, technical innovation, and customer service superiority that have been hallmarks of our company for more than 200 years,” said Dennis A. Getz, Vice Chairman of Intelligencer’s Board of Directors.
“This is certainly a time of change and transition in the printing industry,” he continued, “and Intelligencer recognizes the need to not just move with the times, but remain in the industry vanguard. We have initiated this leadership search to identify candidates at the highest level so that we may find the person best suited to direct and power our continued growth as a company that successfully meets the needs of a new marketplace.”
The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) Business Advisory Services Group has been retained to provide strategic advice throughout the search process. “We are delighted to have NAPL assist our Search Committee with this important effort,” said Getz. “Its guidance will be invaluable as we plan for the next generation of leadership at Intelligencer.”
