manroland Inc. and B&R Moll will exhibit advanced offset printing technology along with high throughput folding and gluing solutions at Booth #3217 at Graphics Canada 2011 (November 10-12).

Among the highlights of the manroland exhibit will be discussion of the new ROLAND 700 HiPrint HS (High Speed) press, the latest addition to manroland’s 40-inch market, printing at 18,000 sheets per hour. The ROLAND 700 HiPrint HS is the ideal press for printers who need to produce medium to long runs at high speeds.

In the packaging arena, visitors to the booth can learn about the ROLAND 900 XXL with perfector, the world’s largest perfecting press. The ROLAND 900 XXL is now available with a perfecting system, which revolutionizes sheetfed offset printing. The perfecting system enables up to 64 A4 pages to be printed on one sheet at perfecting speeds of up to 11,000 sheets per hour.

Web printers will also find plenty to talk about at Booth #3217. The highly automated and highly efficient ROTOMAN 32-page as well as the mammoth LITHOMAN 96-page press were introduced to the worldwide market in 2011, and are enabling printers to print in more diverse formats and shorter runs with less waste than ever before. Beyond equipment, the manroland exhibit will also focus on the PRINTVALUE performance enhancing services.

B&R Moll will exhibit the Marathon System, Moll’s revolutionary folder/gluer. The unique folding plate coupled with the tipper plate puts the Marathon in a class by itself in terms of speed and versatility. An optional plow fold table can be placed at the end of the unit to create more high-speed folding solutions.

B&R Moll’s Versa-Fold unit used in tandem with the Marathon System makes it possible to produce a wide variety of layouts with this equipment. Gluing, forming pockets, turning paper direction, and final folding are just a few of the many tasks that can be performed with this high-speed unit. A Moll representative will be available at Booth #3217 during the duration of the show.
