Press release from the issuing company

Franklin Estimating is proud to introduce Franklin Anywhere, the future of print shop management.  The Franklin package comes complete with estimating, job and machine scheduling, invoicing,  quote requests, customer management, agenda, time clock, and reporting capabilities.  An inventory management module will be released December 1st at no additional cost to  users.

Because it is a web based product, Franklin Anywhere is accessible from any internet connection and even operates on a tablet.  This feature is very helpful for mobile personnel such as sales and plant management.  Franklin Anywhere's cloud-based design allows for extreme efficiency and requires no additional hardware costs.  The user friendly interface makes set-up and training quick and easy. A full set of instructional videos is available at franklinestimating.com and help hover over balloons greatly increases the comfort level of new users.

Feedback from users has provided valuable input which then drives the up coming enhancements to the program.  The first enhancement update was only 3 weeks after the product release and additional enhancements are scheduled in the next few weeks and months.

The customer demographics illustrate the flexibility of Franklin Anywhere to meet the needs of both small and large operations.   With user counts ranging from 15 to over 100 employees, across all sectors of the industry, including traditional commercial printers, trade printers, direct mail and newspapers.

Franklin Anywhere is developed on Ruby on Rails, one of the most advanced web frameworks using PostgreSQL database. Hosting is by Heroku, a  San Francisco based corporation.  This technology ensures effective and uninterrupted service.  Architecture and design is done by Printing Professions with a combined 100 years of experience.  And backed by over 30 years of combined Ruby on Rails experience.  Thus creating the ultimate we based tool for print shop management.  By Printers, for Printers.
