Mike Dolan joins SourceLink Ohio as Chief Operating Officer and Karen Ravas Clear takes on new responsibility as Vice President of Client Advisory Services

CHICAGO, – SourceLink, a leader in the $163 billion U.S. marketing services industry and a premier data-driven multichannel marketing services provider, announces the addition of Mike Dolan as COO of SourceLink's Ohio location and the advancement of Karen Ravas Clear into a new client-development and advisory role.

Dolan has nearly 25 years of experience in executive management and previously served as Vice President of Operations and CFO of SourceLink's Illinois facility from 2004 to 2008 and led the corporate wide implementation of a new ERP system from 2009 to 2011. Prior to SourceLink, Mike served as Division Controller for Bonar Plastics, a worldwide provider of molded products from 2002 to 2004. He has also served in several roles in Finance and Administration, as well as in the Division or Corporate Controller capacity. He has shown a proven track record of excellence in his past positions, as witnessed by revenue growth and business acquisition.

Karen Ravas Clear will transition into the role of Vice President of Client Advisory Services. Karen will work with SourceLink's largest clients on strategy, technology and multichannel communication. Karen will partner with our clients using a full service consultative approach. "This is a natural evolution of Karen's significant production and service experience, which makes her ideally suited for this expanded client-centric strategy," said Don McKenzie.
