Press release from the issuing company

MPSA members gain diverse, industry-focused resources for MPS education and commerce

Columbus, OH – Questex Media Group LLC, specifically the Technology Group, which includes the ITEX National Expo and Conference and imageSource magazine, has joined the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) as the newest Foundation Member. Questex is a global, diversified business-to-business integrated media and information provider. Through its annual ITEX National Expo & Conference, imageSource Magazine and digital e-newsletters, Questex has become a premier provider of events and knowledge resources for the office channel and the managed print services industry.

"Managed Print Services has emerged as a key area of growth for many within the office equipment channel, which we represent. This industry needs a platform for developing and enforcing standards, and MPSA is putting the important pieces in place for this to happen in the MPS marketplace. We are supporting the MPSA at the Foundation level to show our deep commitment to moving forward together. By working more closely with MPSA, we can expose our audience to additional resources for information and networking surrounding MPS. We look forward to an interactive, collaborative partnership with MPSA," said Beth Torrey, Event Director, Questex Media Group.

Drawing on extensive experience in all kinds of information and education delivery, ITEX and imageSource provide multiple opportunities for MPSA members to increase their knowledge. The annual ITEX event offers a professional venue where attendees find a wealth of information. Now in its twelfth year, ITEX attracts thousands of dealers, resellers, VARs, systems integrators, OEMs, consultants, distributors, manufacturers, industry groups and associations. The event features a comprehensive conference program, as well as invaluable networking opportunities.

"We believe ITEX will be a valued resource for all members of the MPS community to come together annually and attend MPSA-sponsored meetings, along with providing members a forum to attend or present expert-led education tracks on the latest MPS strategies," said Sand Sinclair, ITEX Conference Director and Editor of imageSource.

On a more frequent basis, Questex delivers the latest industry news with imageSource Magazine, imagesourcemag.com and digital newsletters eSource and eMPS. For more than twelve years, imageSource has been the definitive publication for the office channel and the official publication of ITEX, reaching over 24,000 professionals who provide document technology products, solutions and strategies. It is the only publication that addresses the entire industry. In addition, a complimentary digital edition is delivered to 11,500 C-level decision makers and is posted on imagesourcemag.com. Plus, eSource, a weekly e-newsletter, provides the most up-to-date industry news to 10,500 subscribers, and eMPS, a monthly e-newsletter, reaches 11,500 subscribers looking for MPS market articles and updates.

"Foundation membership brings Questex greater recognition within the MPSA community, which in turn gives Questex a stronger voice and leadership in the MPS industry. We are excited to welcome such a knowledgeable, experienced organization to the association, as they add their considerable resources to our mission," said MPSA President, Joe Barganier. "Questex strives to make integrated marketing a reality by becoming the go-to resource for publications, online media, trade shows, conferences, and list access."

Questex provides market-leading print, online and face-to-face platforms for conducting business with suppliers, clients and prospects. Customers and partners get critical business intelligence along with venues that foster networking to create unique opportunities for commerce. Through participation in the association, Questex expects to strengthen relationships with MPSA members and to support the latest MPS training. In return, Questex hopes to gain insight from members on what they need to advance their MPS education.
