Built to meet the needs of demanding environments, the PR 460 excels builds high quality bundles at high press speeds, and manages typically difficult low copy count bundles with ease. The ability of the double-gripper to automatically adjust to different format sizes ensures bundles stay fully aligned from the gripper to the pallet. Sensors deactivate the robot's function if a false gripper position is detected.
In addition to the ability to palletize a wide range of products, the PR 460 also offers the flexibility to place bundles on different pallet positions when picking up multiple bundles at one time. Its compact design also saves space, making it easier to manage logistical processes.
The fully automatic and compact SH 700 Log Stacker achieves cycle times as quick as 18 seconds and features a large touch panel for easy operation. ?Engineered for precision, the SH 700 builds logs of exceptional quality with exact copy counts, which is critical for additional finishing processes down the line.
