Press release from the issuing company

Kennesaw, GA, – Heidelberg USA today announced that James P. Dunn will retire from the Company. Harald Weimer will take over as President of Heidelberg USA and Market Head for North America effective later this year.

"Over these last 7 years of my tenure, we have built a stronger, more diversified company that is well positioned for the future," Dunn said. "We achieved this due largely to the support of our employees, customers and partners, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them. Now is an appropriate time for me to turn over the leadership of the Company to Harald Weimer. Harald is an outstanding choice, and I'm sure there will be a smooth transition. He has my full and enthusiastic support."

Jim, you are leaving big shoes to fill. You have guided the company during a rough economy and kept the great reputation of the company. I do hope in retirement you continue to contribute to this great industry.
