SALEM, NH – NEPS, LLC, a leading provider of Customer Communications Management services and technologies, today announced the appointment of Brad Caudell to serve as the company's chief executive officer.
Mr. Caudell joined NEPS in June 2010 as its Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for developing and implementing the sales delivery platform and marketing strategies to capitalize on NEPS' proven ability to support emerging customer needs in the complex digital document publishing and content management market.

With more than 30 years of print industry experience, Mr. Caudell has held a variety of key leadership roles including, Director of Marketing at Wallace Computer Services and Vice President of Business Development at RR Donnelley. During his career, he has been instrumental in the development and management of industry leading print management technologies and solutions while providing strategic direction for technology-based services offerings that help client organizations increase their communication and marketing effectiveness. Prior to joining NEPS, Brad served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development for Hess Print Solutions.
