Demand for manroland Presses in Turkey Booms

Press release from the issuing company

Orders for EUROMAN and LITHOMAN commercial web presses

The demand for manroland presses in Turkey is booming. The rapidly growing printer, Bilnet Printing Systems in Istanbul, has ordered two 32-page commercial web presses: a LITHOMAN and a EUROMAN. And the Caglayan printing company in Izmir has opted for a 48-page EUROMAN.

Cem Öztürk, owner of Bilnet Printing Systems, is very satisfied with the ROTOMAN press that has been running in his company since January 2011. "Due to the booming demand for high-quality print products, we have now decided to invest in two more manroland commercial web presses, a LITHOMAN and a EUROMAN. They will supplement our machine park perfectly," reports Öztürk.

Both presses are scheduled to start up in January 2012 and produce high-quality publications, inserts and brochures. It was only in summer 2010 that Bilnet Printing Systems invested in a new 17,000 square meters building in Istanbul that now employs 280 people. Because of the strong growth, another new and larger building is taking shape that will house the additional web presses. Cem Öztürk says: "We are very satisfied with our ROTOMAN. It was delivered promptly and installed quickly, and so we had no hesitation in ordering the two new presses from manroland once again. We have absolute trust in the excellent service and support of manroland's Sales & Service Partner for all of our existing equipment."

For dynamic markets: a EUROMAN for Caglayan A.S.
The Caglayan Basim Yayin Ambalaj San.Ticaret A.S. printing company in Izmir on Turkey's Agean coast is expanding as well and has also opted for a manroland webfed press – a EUROMAN to print textbooks and various high-quality magazines. It was delivered in June 2011 and production will commence at the end of August. The EUROMAN impresses with its print quality, flexibility and versatility. The largest press installed in Turkey so far could only produce 32 pages. The new EUROMAN can print 48 pages and presently will be the largest commercial web press in the Turkish market.
