Leeds (UK), – International Mailroom Machines Ltd, a new UK manufacturer of poly wrapping solutions is introducing a new flexible, user friendly and productive mid-range system for poly wrapping.

Our goal for the i6-series has been to design a poly wrapping solution that is so flexible, easy to operate and productive that it will be an alternative for even large mailers. This combined with a small foot print and a relatively low price will make it an ideal choice even for start-up mailers investing in their first poly wrapping solution.

With a top operating speed of 7,000 packs per hour, the iMM i6-series is the perfect solution for all mailers that wish to increase profits through easy and quick change over between different jobs.  The system also offers a high net productivity and high flexibility to take on any jobs.
The flexible solution handles pack sizes up to A3 in size and 50mm in thickness. This is one of the most versatile poly wrapping solutions on the market.

Automatic settings for the wrapping unit are displayed on the large colour touch screen.  
Memory for jobs and easy copy and edit are also key functions. The i6-series has a ”learn” function where by the operator puts one set on the track and the solution measures the pack and saves the job.

The i6-series is designed to be so easy to learn and operate that operators can learn to use the machine in half an hour. Since the solution doesn’t require highly trained operators your company will be more flexible and save costs as only minimal training is required.

Print registration reading for printed film is a standard feature on all iMM oly wrappers.
The servo-driven wrapping unit ensures even and high quality wrapping. Maintenance costs are reduced to a minimum due to the servo motion technology and by using the highest quality standard components and electronics.
 
The iMM i6-series is composed of three models: Compact, Flexi and Maxi.
All three models are supplied with a built –in vacuum shuttle main feeder. All other feeders on the sytem are stand alone feeders connected to the poly wrapper by signal. We offer a standard choice of two different vacuum rotary feeders and two different friction feeders. The solution can of course be fitted with any feeders of the customers choice including pick-and-place feeders, gimmick feeders, autoloaders etc.
