NEW YORK, January 29, 2004 - Tanagraphics Inc. and Seybert Nicholas Printing Group, L.P. announced today the signing of a definitive merger agreement to form the largest privately held company providing print management solutions in New York City. The combined company, to be named TanaSeybert, will be one of the metropolitan region’s premier providers of commercial and digital printing, advertising prepress services as well as bindery and mailing services. It will also offer a full range of integrated web and browser based services including design, development, and custom software packages for graphics applications. TanaSeybert will be fifty percent owned by Eric Bernstein, Jimmy Nicholas and their Seybert Nicholas Partners, and fifty percent owned by David and Alice Jurist.
