Leading Xerox Customers from the Americas Will Meet at Graph Expo

Registration is now open to Xerox customers for full-day session at Graph Expo on strategies for success

Strategies for success will be the focus of the Xerox Premier Partners and Customers Forum on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at Graph Expo, McCormick Place West Hall. Several hundred of Xerox's top customers are expected to attend the day-long program, which will include more than a dozen presentations and networking opportunities.

"This year's program focuses on the issues that matter most to graphic communications executives and managers who want to grow their businesses," said Gina Testa, vice president, Worldwide Graphic Communications Industry Business, Xerox Corporation, the meeting's host. "Our customers will get the latest thinking on how to produce more jobs more efficiently while reducing costs and boosting customer loyalty."

The forum is the largest gathering of Xerox customers in North America this year. Topics include:

  • "Is Print Dead? The Continuously Evolving Media Landscape" by keynote Keith A. Grossman, associate publisher, Wired Magazine
  • "Necessary Investments for Future Business Success" by a number of panelists including Barb Pellow, director, InfoTrends, Inc.; Frank Romano, professor emeritus, Rochester Institute of Technology; and Dr. Joe Webb, director, WhatTheyThink Economics and Research Center
  • "A Look at the Future of Digital Communications" by Steve Hoover, chief executive officer, PARC, a Xerox research and co-development company

Also on the agenda are three multiple-session tracks on Web to print, direct marketing and social media, and presentation of the 2011 Best-of-the-Best Award winners from the Americas. The awards recognize the top print work among the global members of the Premier Partners program.

Xerox business partners exhibiting at the event include Avanti Systems; Barr Systems; CGS Publishing Technologies; C.P. Bourg; Duplo; GBC Document Finishing, GMC Software Technology; Lytrod Software, Inc.; Rochester Software Associates Inc.; Solimar Systems, Inc.; and Standard Finishing Systems.

Xerox is staging a number of other events for its customers at Graph Expo, including a keynote event with Xerox Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ursula Burns and a performance by Cirque du Soleil on Monday, Sept. 12 at 9 a.m. in the McCormick Place Grand Ballroom.
