Press release from the issuing company
Muller Martini Printing Presses GmbH will hold an Open House on June 29 at the Optys printing plant in the Czech city of Opava. The event, which is being jointly held by Optys and Muller Martini, will feature practical demonstrations on the new nine-color Concepta, as well as presentations on topics such as printing security products and the challenges created by direct mail. An exchange of experiences and discussion of individual solutions will also take center stage at the Open House.
According to Optys Production Director Ivan Svak, the key factors behind the decision to purchase a Muller Martini printing press included the quality and high level of automation, as well as the Concepta’s diverse range of applications. The Concepta impresses with numerous benefits: excellent print quality, ease of operation, an efficient inking system, innovative ink zone control and short setup times thanks to the integrated Make Ready System.
The Concepta is equipped with a UV dryer and a Q74 rotary cross cutter. These features ensure better performance with shorter setup times and rapid size and job changeovers, while also reducing waste – all at production speeds of up to 1,000 feet per minute.
