Baumfolder Corporation and QuadTech have signed a formal strategic license agreement that allows BAUM to manufacture and distribute the full range of QuadTech hopper loaders and conveyors under the BAUM label outside of the Quad/Graphics group of companies.  

Under this agreement BAUM will also be the manufacturer of QuadTech hopper loaders and conveyors for use within the Quad/Graphics group of companies. "We are pleased to enter this important agreement that will add to our own existing portfolio of BAUM hopper loaders serving the high volume publication market" stated Ulrik Nygaard, President of Baumfolder Corporation. Karl Fritchen, President of QuadTech commented: "Although QuadTech's priorities are focused on press controls, we are delighted that our finishing technology continues to deliver value through the support of Baumfolder."

Sales of these new products will be the same as our existing BAUM hopper loaders via BAUM's own direct sales group, and we look forward to the new opportunities this brings to our company",  Stated Mark Pellman, Director of Sales and Marketing for BAUM.
