Prinova announces appointments to Board of Directors

Toronto, Ontario - Prinova, Inc., a leader in the Customer Communications Management market with a focus on integrated multi-channel customer messaging, today announced the appointment of three seasoned technology executives to its Board of Directors.

Prinova’s new independent directors are:

Michael Woeller is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience with global financial services companies.  Most recently Michael was Executive Vice President & CIO of CIGNA Corporation, and prior to this amongst other roles he served as Vice Chair and CIO of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, as well as Executive Vice President of TD Bank Financial Group.

Ian McKinnon is an executive consultant and independent director with 30 years of experience in the technology industry.  He has proven expertise in mentoring and developing high performance sales and marketing organizations, organizational planning, business and strategic planning and product management and development.  Most recently Ian was President & Chief Executive Officer as well as a Board member with Certicom Corp.

Bryan Kerdman has over 30 years of experience creating, investing in, and running high technology software and services companies. Since founding Bryker Data Systems at the age of 19 and then successfully selling it in 1994, Bryan has been active with a number of technology-based businesses, and most recently spent 10 years as Senior Partner with Edgestone Capital Partners, one of Canada’s premier venture capital funds.
