Strategy Development to Exhibit at the Sharp SIICA National Dealer Meeting

Bryn Mawr, PA - Strategy Development, a leading management consulting and advanced sales training firm, will be exhibiting at the annual Sharp SIICA National Dealer Show in Las Vegas on March 14-17, 2011.  The SIICA 2011 National Dealer Meeting is Sharp's largest event of the year that brings together corporate executives from the dealer community, Sharp Marketing Program Members, Sharp Partner Program Members, and Sharp Channel Marketing Vendors under one roof.

Strategy Development will be highlighting their Sharp Webinar Series: Selling Managed Print Services along with their Sell With Success program.  Both programs were developed by the Strategy Development team and include up-to-date industry information and relevant examples to bring the program to life.  The Sharp Webinar offers dealers a step-by-step process to successfully implement an MPS sales program and includes weekly calls to assist with implementation.  The program will be taught by Ed Carroll, Principal of Strategy Development.

Sell With Success, taught by David Ramos, Sales Operations Consultant for Strategy Development, provides both those new to sales as well as veterans a methodic sales process proven to increase sales in traditional hardware, color, solutions software and services.  The online version consists of ten modules while the onsite option can be delivered in an intensive two-day program with role plays and case studies.
