Leipzig, Germany – bubbles & beyond, an R&D company focusing on intelligent fluids, has announced the appointment of several prestigious scientists and executives to its advisory board. The board's goal is to support the company in the further expansion and commercialization of its product portfolio. Dr. Hubert Bader, Managing Director and Equity Partner of Chemadvice GmbH, Jean-Michel Kennes, previously Head of L'Oréal Germany, and Prof. Dr. Friedrich Kremer of Leipzig University have been appointed to the board, which will be chaired by investor representative Mattias Goetz, General Manager at LBBW Venture Capital.

Dr. Hubert Bader is a chemist and Managing Director / Equity Partner at consulting company Chemadvice GmbH. As seasoned executive with global responsibility in the chemical industry, he has more than two decades of professional experience. Before joining Chemadvice, he was Group Vice President at Clariant International AG. His excellent network to industrial clients is of tremendous value to promote the significant savings potential from the process cost optimization provided by bubbles & beyond's products .
Jean-Michel Kennes has worked for more than four decades in various management positions at the international cosmetics company L'Oréal. Most recently, he was Director External Relations in Brussels from 2006-2010. Prior to that, he headed L'Oréal's German subsidiary. Mr. Kennes has extensive experience in positioning highly innovative products in functional cosmetics, which will be of great benefit to the cosmetics portfolio of bubbles & beyond.
Prof. Dr. Friedrich Kremer is a physicist and Professor for Molecular Physics at Leipzig University since 1993. From 1998 to 2008, he was also Director of the Institute of Experimental Physics I at Leipzig University. Prior to that, he worked at various Max Planck Institutes. His core research areas include molecular physics, polymer physics, materials science, and nanotechnology. Prof. Kremer is a highly regarded expert in physics and one of the pioneers in broadband dielectric spectroscopy, which allows for the analysis and detection of the dynamics of molecules.
Already during his studies at the Dual College Baden-Wuerttemberg in Stuttgart, Mattias Goetz was part of the founding team of BW-Venture, the venture capital subsidiary of the late BW-Bank AG. Following the consolidation of various VC activities under the umbrella of the Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg group (LBBW), he became General Manager of key investment areas, e.g. information technology. bubbles & beyond expects strong synergies from his network into the financial community and his relationships to various other innovative companies.
