5 fifteen launches cloud-based ad booking system, ad DEPOT now!, at Publishing Expo

Press release from the issuing company

Following on from the success of ad DEPOT, the world’s first completely web based advertising booking system, publishing solutions provider 5 fifteen has broadened its product range with the introduction of ad DEPOT now! The system is deployed using a cloud computing infrastructure and will make its debut at this year’s Publishing Expo, on stand A37.

“ad DEPOT now! is designed to meet the ‘on demand’ culture in today’s fast paced business environment,” states Merv Griffin, Business Development Manager, 5 fifteen Ltd., “Publishers want new software at their fingertips and to be confident of a quick ROI before they commit; ad DEPOT now! is a highly compelling solution for these needs.”

ad DEPOT now! provides true end-to-end control of the advertising sales, production and delivery processes. “All the improvements we’ve made to ad DEPOT through customer feedback are in ad DEPOT now!,” asserts Griffin. The system enables users to track and sell display, classified and web advertising as well as manage billing, contracts, layouts, marketing and salesforce automation.

Deploying ad DEPOT now! in the cloud means users don’t need to install any software; they configure their account through an easy-to-use wizard and access the system in the cloud – negating the requirement for any hardware installation or support.

“Self-configuration significantly reduces lead times to deployment and minimises the investment costs, particularly with the extremely flexible licence packages that are on offer,” says Griffin. “For publishers this means freedom to focus on their business, conserve cash and not worry about the IT. They will save energy, space and time – to think big and do more with less.

“We envision that ad DEPOT now! will be hugely beneficial to small to midsize publishers that need just a small number of licenses, but we also see potential for the larger publisher to use it for remote working, for smaller departments or to use as a trial,” Griffin continues, “The system can be upgraded to the full version of ad DEPOT at any time, allowing more complex configurations of the system.”

ad DEPOT now! will be available for a flat fee set-up charge and licences will be charged from just £5 per day or from £50 per month.
