Milwaukee, Wisconsin — RBP Chemical Technology has acquired substantially all of the assets of New England Newspaper Supply Company (NENSCO) of Millbury, Massachusetts.  Announcing the acquisition, RBP President Mark Kannenberg commented: “RBP has long been committed to the North American newspaper industry.  With the acquisition of NENSCO, we are pleased to expand our product offerings and to enable RBP customers to combine their purchases of pressroom chemicals and other supplies from a single source.”
 
Brad Beaton, NENSCO President, added: “NENSCO has worked closely with RBP since 2008, and they have proven to be a great partner.  Combining the companies at this time will greatly benefit NENSCO customers going forward.”
 
RBP will retain office and warehouse space in the Worcester, Massachusetts, area.  Key NENSCO sales and support employees, including Brad and Jon Beaton, will join RBP in roles similar to those they held before the acquisition.
