Press release from the issuing company
Marradi – PRATI announces it will be represented by its distributor Reifenhauser India at Labelexpo India 2010, taking place in New Delhi from 8 to 11 December. The PRATI SUN TE330, on display at booth F16, is a full servo slitter inspection rewinder. It is the fourth PRATI machine bought by Wintek Flexo Prints in 18 months. The SUN TE330 enables winding, inspection, slitting and rewinding of a wide range of applications, including pressure sensitive labels, unsupported paper, cardboard and plastic substrates.
The high speed PRATI SUN TE330 responds to the needs of the majority of narrow web printers as it can process web widths up to 330 mm. It considerably reduces the costs of finishing and converting of paper and plastic substrates. The machine can be integrated with a digital camera, allowing for a 100% quality inspection.
The new HMI touch screen of the SUN TE330 is extremely intuitive. Its multi-lingual software provides access to all accessories by means of a simple password, even if accessories are ordered in a second stage, thus saving the costs of an engineer intervention.
"This slitting machine is very versatile and productive and can die cut plain and pre-printed labels. In addition it is fully automated which helps reduce costs and runtime," comments Chiara Prati, Sales Director at PRATI. "We are very passionate about our work and the foundation of our solutions is a combination of creativity and state-of-the art technology."
The SUN TE330 displayed at the show has been sold to Wintek Flexo Prints, a label converter, who runs already three other PRATI machines at its production site in Bangalore.
"When a client is enthusiastic about its existing machines and reinvests in a fourth one from the same supplier, it demonstrates he is confident about the quality and the performance. More than ten PRATI machines are already operational at printers in India. Together with our distributor Reifenhauser, we are building on a solid presence in this market by offering reliable services and support," Chiara Prati concludes.
