Press release from the issuing company
Denmaur Independent Papers, one of the UK’s leading independent paper merchant groups, has underlined the launch of the new Amadeus Recycled range of coated and offset papers by announcing the addition of new staff members to expand its sales and marketing team.
The new additions to the Denmaur team are Tom Jansz and Liz Perry. Tom Jansz brings with him a wealth of experience from his 28 years in both the design agency world and the paper industry, in particular his 19 years at Robert Horne Paper.
Denmaur’s Marketing Director Peter Sommerville says, “Tom’s professionalism and respected knowledge of the recycled market is a perfect fit for the next phase in Denmaur Independent’s development. Our style of business has always been solution based and customer facing, so Tom is ideally suited to continue the theme of providing choice to an increasingly polarised market.”
“Liz Perry comes with broad knowledge and helpful skill sets from many years in both print and publishing, and is making a big impact by assisting the marketing of the new and existing products and services to a wider audience specifically beyond our traditional customer base,” states Peter.
The new Amadeus Recycled swatch was made available for recently held MediaPro 2010 exhibition, where Denmaur Independent was promoting its new range. In addition, text and cover paper for the MediaPro show guide was printed on Amadeus 100% Recycled Silk in 130gsm and 250gsm respectively.
The new Recycled range is available in the following sheet stock elements;
- 50% Gloss – 115-300gsm (plus CutStar reels)
- 50% Silk – 115-350gsm (plus CutStar reels)
- 75% Matt – 115-150gsm
- 100% Silk – 115-300gsm

UK stock of the popular sizes and grammages is held for immediate delivery and bespoke orders are available from mill in the full grammage range within 3/6 weeks depending on recycled percentage and surface. Amadeus Recycled is part of Denmaur’s Best of Both Worlds range and has high environmental attributes which include elemental chlorine bleached process (ECF), Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain of custody and ISO 14001 for manufacturing.
