Gent, Belgium - Keeping on track with its expanded growth and support initiatives in North America, Enfocus names Jared Himes as Product Specialist based at the company's Miamisburg, Ohio location. The move further supports Enfocus' execution of its "You First" philosophy.
You First, the company's newest multi-channel communications campaign, is the primary result of Enfocus' extensive research regarding customer needs. The overwhelming response is that Enfocus users have, for over 10 years, regarded the company's personnel and each other as peers and acquaintances first -- and professionals second.
Given this, Enfocus continues to expand its services and support in order to continue as an industry leader in sales and technical support.
Himes reports directly to Enfocus Support Manager, Carine Bastiaen, and is responsible for product support for Enfocus' award-winning suite of products, including PitStop Pro, PitStop Server, PitStop Connect, and the Switch automation family in North America.
Himes' Background
With over 10 years of experience, Himes acquired extensive skills in process development and management, especially in digital print and production. During his time as a Color Production and Technical Services Manager at Queen City Reprographics, he was responsible for improving quality and efficiencies, as well as solving customers' technical - and workflow - related issues.
Himes also provided customer service and IT support during his tenure at Best Upon Request, Inc., where he conducted software troubleshooting at various remote locations.
