Fineline upholds status with ISO 9001:2008, FSC, and SFI

Press release from the issuing company

Indianapolis, Ind. - Fineline Printing Group has recently passed two outside audits addressing their quality and sustainability initiatives. These audits prove compliance with corporate responsibility initiatives and that quality and sustainability regulations are being enforced.

As of August 2010, Fineline is re-certified ISO 9001:2008. This designation ensures that Fineline meets client expectations and drives efficiencies into their manufacturing process. It is Fineline's quality policy to comply with all requirements while continually improving the quality management system.

Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, Jason Hoffman, states: "Our ISO recertification audit spanned two consecutive days, but our dedication to the development of our quality management system allowed us to achieve success. This is an exciting accomplishment because it provides a solid management foundation for Fineline to build upon as we continue to improve the customer experience."

Fineline has also passed an audit administered by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI). This audit has ensured compliance with FSC and SFI regulations and further demonstrates Fineline's ability to offer clients environmentally responsible products.

"Fineline's commitment to ecologically sound printing practices fits seamlessly with my clients' needs. Their FSC/SFI certification further proves the company's accountability to our environment," says Lee Harmon, President and Owner of The Harmon House.

Fineline will undergo and pass several audits with the FSC and SFI to ensure their clients are receiving paper products from a certified forest location.
