The Commercial Edition, created for graphic communication agencies, commercial trade and print shops, and larger in-plant printing operations, provides a complete out-of-the box solution, ready to produce high-quality color standards-based contract proofs. When used with KODAK MATCHPRINT Inkjet Media, which features a unique untinted base, printers achieve a better simulation of actual press performance within accepted industry standards.

Packaging convertors, packaging trade shops and high-end printers will find KODAK Proofing Software 5.0's Packaging Edition especially versatile, as it supports both the MATCHPRINT Inkjet System and the KODAK APPROVAL NX Digital Color Imaging System. The ability to use one proofing workflow for both halftone and inkjet proofing will reduce errors and speed time to delivery for packaging customers.
