Unisource to present packaging alternatives at InterBev

Norcross, GA – Unisource Global Solutions (UGS) – which is a part of Unisource Worldwide, Inc., one of the leading suppliers of paper, packaging and facility supplies in North America – will be featuring its innovative packaging solutions at InterBev 2010.  The trade show is billed as America's premier beverage convention, and takes place September 22-24, 2010, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

UGS – assigned to booth number 912 at the show – works with customers around the world to provide responsible packaging design solutions to reduce the total cost of packaging ownership.  The company focuses on delivering material neutral design solutions and packaging applications that are optimized for the customer's sustainability strategy, global supply chain, cost of transportation, defect minimization, color harmony, and quality management.  UGS has partnered with industry leaders in the computing, retail, cosmetics, food and beverage industries to create engineered bio-pulp and bio-polymer packaging solutions such as molded cushioning produced from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, compostable and recyclable bamboo, with full chain of custody ownership management.
