Craftsman Press Acquires Catterton Printing

CHEVERLY, MD -- Craftsman Press of Cheverly, MD announced today that is has acquired the assets of Catterton Printing of Waldorf, MD. Both companies are providers of direct mail and fulfillment services to regional and national markets. The transaction was completed on August 19. The combined company will be located in Craftsman's 186,000-sq.-ft. facility in Cheverly.

With the help of these capabilities, our company is better positioned to provide customers with a full direct mail solution including wide web printing, narrow web printing, sheetfed printing, bindery and finishing, and mailing and fulfillment. Paul Reilly, a partner at New Direction Partners, acted as financial advisor to Craftsman Press, and Bart Krupnick, a partner at Margolis Becker, acted as financial advisor to Catterton Printing.
