Shelton, Conn. – Baldwin Technology Company, Inc., a global leader in process automation technology for the printing industry, yesterday concluded its acquisition of Nordson UV Ltd. first announced on June 14, 2010. The acquired business provides UV (ultra-violet) curing systems to the graphic arts market, as well as a line of parts and consumables (ultraviolet lamps).
Jim Ainsworth, Managing Director of Nordson UV Ltd. (to be renamed Baldwin UV Ltd.) commented: "Everyone in the Nordson UV organization is excited to be part of Baldwin, a highly respected company in the graphic arts industry.
