Kevin Joyce Joins Miranda as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

MONTREAL, QUEBEC  -- Miranda Technologies Inc., a global developer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance hardware and software for the television broadcast industry, today announced that Kevin Joyce has joined the Company as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. In this newly created position, Mr. Joyce will be responsible for Miranda's worldwide sales organization and all aspects of Marketing.

Prior to joining Miranda, Mr. Joyce worked at Eastman Kodak for six years, most recently in the role of Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing of the $1.2 billion Digital Printing Solutions Group. In his role at Kodak, Kevin was responsible for driving profitable growth across three geographic regions, and three business units, with over 150 sales and marketing professionals.

Before Kodak, Kevin spent eight years at Creo, a Vancouver based leading supplier of integrated solutions for the graphic arts and micro-electronics industries. Kevin started at Creo as one of two sales executives and revenue of $10 million and participated in its growth to $700 million by the time he left as President of their US division. Creo was purchased by Eastman Kodak in 2005.
