Mr. Laver is a senior business executive with a proven track record in building value and developing management teams. Mr. Laver brings Prinova over 20 years of executive management experience in the private equity, venture capital, hospitality and asset management industries.

Prior to joining Prinova, Mr. Laver was COO and CFO of Geminare Incorporated. He previously served as Director, and President & CEO of Lais Hotel Properties Limited, Managing Partner at RBC Capital Partners, and Founder and Managing Partner of CastleHill Ventures, a high net worth-backed venture capital fund.
