Wilmington, DE – Associates International, Inc., a leading integrated marketing services provider announced today that it has added three to its staff. The company has hired two Marketing Solution Specialists and one Sales Solution Specialist to support the needs of its clients and the growth of the company.
Sam Mitchell has joined Associates International as a Marketing Solution Specialist, focusing on the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in the Northeast region. Mitchell brings with him more than a decade of pharmaceutical experience with specific expertise in sales, marketing, training, and strategic planning. He has served in high-level positions with such market leaders as Oxford Health Plans, Innovex Pharmaceuticals, and most recently, AstraZeneca, where he was Manager of Patient Health Enablement for Unbranded Promotions. In this role, Mitchell was responsible for strategy as well as day-to-day management of key projects. Mitchell holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and Communications from Rutgers University.
Associates International also welcomes Al Eddy as a Marketing Solution Specialist. In this position, Eddy will focus on the Association/Fundraising market in the Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland markets. Eddy's sales and marketing career includes positions with Heidelberg Eastern (EAC Graphics Division), Agfa-Gevaert, and Fujifilm Graphic Systems. Although Eddy's Fujifilm career was predominantly sales oriented, he spent the past five years utilizing his marketing skills to manage Fujifilm's digital printing initiative, including Xerox digital printers and presses as well as workflow solutions, Web-to-print technologies, and variable data products.
Associates International is also proud to announce RMG/The Primacy Effect sales and marketing efforts will be integrated under its corporate umbrella. Under that arrangement, RMG's Managing Partner, Mike Marchesani, joins Associates International as a Sales Solution Specialist. Formed in 2006, RMG has helped clients such as The Home Depot, Verizon, ING, and Dove Chocolates to develop marketing campaigns resulting in above-industry average returns. In his new role at Associates International, Marchesani will focus on direct marketing campaigns across many vertical industries.
