BCC Software receives high marks for superior support

Rochester, NY - BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and a leading developer of high-performance mailing technology solutions, received its highest ratings ever for customer support and satisfaction in a recent 2010 Customer Support survey. According to the poll, conducted in March 2010 among the entire BCC customer base, 97.5% of BCC customers are "very satisfied" or "satisfied" with BCC Support. Additionally, 99.3% of respondents would recommend BCC to others in the mailing community

In addition, 96.1% of survey respondents said they were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with Customer Support's in-depth understanding of BCC products and Postal regulations.
