LithoTechnics appoints John Eames as CFO

Press release from the issuing company

Phoenix, AZ – LithoTechnics, Inc., developer of Metrix, the intelligent, automated job planning and imposition system, announced today that John Eames has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective May 10, 2010.

John Eames has had years of experience in the software industry, including ScenicSoft, where he was Chief Financial Officer and oversaw Human Resources, Purchasing, Shipping, Facilities, Forecasting, Budgeting, Accounting, Risk, Legal, Tax, and Bank Relationships, reporting to the President and CEO. After Creo acquired ScenicSoft in 2002, John Eames took on the position of Treasurer at Creo Americas, Inc., where his responsibilities included overall CAM cash control, credit approval and collections, equipment lease financing, wire transfers, and risk management. Prior to ScenicSoft, John Eames held key positions at two other software development companies: WinEstimator, Inc. and John Wagner Associates, Inc.

John Eames stated, "I am very pleased to be working again with Rohan Holt, for whom I've always had the highest respect, as a person and as an inventor. I've been impressed by the team Rohan's assembled at LithoTechnics – clearly a highly skilled, talented, and dedicated group of people. I've been watching Metrix since it was born, and it is exciting to see it mature and gain market share. I am delighted to be a part of the team and contribute to the continued growth of the company and its innovative products."

Rohan Holt, President of LithoTechnics, said: "We are very fortunate to have John Eames join our team as Chief Financial Officer. John's extensive experience as a Controller, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer makes him one of the top people in his field. But perhaps equally as important, John has spent a great many years in the specific industry we are part of, and a good deal of that time he was helping small companies to manage their growth and to prosper." Holt continued, "It is critical during this period of growth at LithoTechnics that it is managed properly – and I have complete confidence that John Eames is the person to see us through this period and on to the next."
