Portland, OR - Pacific Printing Industries (PPI) announces this year’s PPI 2010 Big Shot Golf Tournament to be held on July 30th at Langdon Farms Golf Club in Aurora, Oregon, featuring the Top Big Shot Employee Recognition Contest.

PPI’s annual golf tournament provides the opportunity for area printers and businesses in graphic communications to connect with each other and strengthen their industry networks.  The tournament includes 18 holes, range balls, golf cart, games, giveaways, prizes, drink ticket and BBQ dinner. PPI Executive Director, Jules Van Sant explained, “PPI’s annual golf tournament is the only regional tournament this season, so we are very excited to be able to host this event and bring together industry leaders, mentors, valued employees and clients. The tournament is always a popular sponsor event and the players enjoy an early start to the weekend with a mix of work and play.” 

“Our ‘hole-in-one’ for this tournament is PPI’s Top Big Shot Employee Recognition Contest.  In this economy payroll budgets are tight, so small gestures of appreciation can really go a long way.  This is a great opportunity for business owners or managers to say "thank you" and spend a day playing golf with employees they really value.” 

PPI encourages owners and managers to nominate top performing employee(s) and give them a chance to win a free pass to the Big Shot Golf Tournament.  PPI will select the four best nominations and will invite them to the tournament.  The Top Big Shot winners will be recognized at the tournament BBQ dinner.

Nominations must be emailed or mailed to PPI and include the following information:
- Your name, company and phone number
- Nominee's name(s) and why you think he/she deserves to be recognized by the industry
- Limit 4 nominations per company
Nomination deadline is July 1, 2010.
