Press release from the issuing company

Reston, VA - The Association of Independent Mailing Equipment Dealers (AIMED) has announced its 2010 Fall Conference will be held in Chicago this fall in conjunction with GRAPH EXPO 2010. AIMED's conference is slated to kick off on Saturday, October 2, the day before the opening of GRAPH EXPO.  GRAPH EXPO 2010, the year's largest graphic communications exhibition and conference in the Americas, will take place October 3 - 6, 2010, in Chicago's McCormick Place South. The AIMED 2010 Fall Conference will be co-located with GRAPH EXPO 2010 in McCormick Place.

AIMED will hold its full day conference to exchange information on current issues impacting today's mailing, shipping and office automation specialists, citing GRAPH EXPO's education and networking focus as a valuable accompaniment to its conference.

"We felt that since so many of our members would already be attending GRAPH EXPO, bringing our 2010 Fall Conference to the show would afford us the opportunity to conserve resources, bring an even greater number of our members together for specific industry education at minimal cost, plus it's the perfect venue for expanded industry networking," said Barbara Price, AIMED Executive Director.

"The AIMED 2010 Fall Conference is a perfect complement to the Mailing & Fulfillment Center at GRAPH EXPO because it essentially doubles the ROI for attendees who regularly come from this key market segment to participate in GRAPH EXPO," said Ralph Nappi, President of the Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC).

Recognized as the commercial printing, publishing, package printing, mailing and transactional exposition for the Americas, GRAPH EXPO 2010 themed, "The Next Generation of Print," has been designed to offer a customized show-going experience for a diverse spectrum of attendees from 11 key market segments. The exhibition will offer the latest graphic communications technologies, live equipment demonstrations on the show floor, plus education on the most in-demand products and profit-making opportunities.  In addition to the Mailing & Fulfillment Center-the industry's largest mailing event anywhere in the Americas-attendees will find six other special interest sections on the show floor. These include the debut of the News Print pavilion, sponsored by News & Tech magazine; PackPrint, covering package printing; Future Print, featuring Printed Electronics and RFID; the second annual GREENspace, a showcase dedicated to sustainability and eco-friendly products and services; Prepress/Software-Design; and, Press/Finishing.
