Exhibitor applications for drupa 2012, print media trade fair, are now available online. drupa exhibitor applications can only be filled out online – no hard copies will be available. The exhibitor registration deadline is October 31, 2010. The event will be held from May 3 - 16, 2012 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Messe Düsseldorf North America will again organize a U.S. Pavilion, supported by NPES – The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technologies. The U.S. Pavilion provides a cost-effective means for U.S. companies to enter into or to expand their business in the lucrative overseas marketplace. The pavilion turnkey rental package includes a fully furnished booth, access to an attractive lounge area and the on-site service of a project manager, hostesses and interpreters. All technical work, set up and dismantling is included. In addition, U.S. Commercial Service staff will be on hand in the U.S. Pavilion to assist with export and licensing questions.

Exhibit categories at drupa 2012 will include pre-press and pre-media (systems, appliances, software), printing (machinery, appliances, accessories), bookbinding and print finishing (machinery, appliances, accessories) as well as paper converting and package production (machinery, appliances, accessories), materials and services.

When last held in 2008, 1,971 exhibitors from 52 countries and around 391,000 visitors from 138 nations took part in drupa. A total of 59% of the attendees came from countries other than Germany.
