With a 3.5 ft. by 4ft. footprint, the DocuMate Plus is one of the smallest and most user friendly UV coaters on the market today, making it an excellent value for print shops wanting multi-featured UV curable coating capabilities at a low price point.

Capable of coating printed documents and photos up to 20 inches (508mm) wide, the DocuMate Plus is compatible with photographic, litho and digitally printed output up to120 pound cover weight without adjusting the roller nip. 

Its design features 3 supply tanks and pumps that allow the user to change coatings quickly, cleanly and efficiently.  To increase production an optional high speed feeder and print vibrator/jogger are available.

Typical applications for the DocuMate Plus include printed brochures, book covers, business cards, calendars, event tickets, post cards, direct mail and much more.
