BCC Software to unveil what’s next at 2010 National Postal Forum

Press release from the issuing company

Rochester, NY - BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and a leading developer of high-performance mailing technology solutions, will discuss the future of mailing at the 2010 National Postal Forum (NPF), April 11-14 at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, TN. The theme What’s Next at BCC Booth 132 will explore what upcoming challenges are emerging from the mailing industry as a whole; how BCC is responding to those challenges with innovation and advocacy; and how postal professionals who take advantage of BCC’s partner-based client philosophy can ensure a brighter mailing future for themselves and their clients.

Live presentations offered at Booth 132 every 30 minutes (at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour) will cover the Intelligent Mail® technology transition, the rising priority of comprehensive Address Quality, and the absolute importance of customer support, among other vital postal topics.

BCC will also unveil a new look at NPF 2010, including a larger and redesigned booth space and a new corporate logo.

“BCC’s new look is far more than skin deep – we’re excited to be expanding our capabilities, and reaching out to new segments of the postal industry,” said Executive Vice President Chris Lien. “Our What’s Next theme at NPF speaks directly to the questions that are on the minds of mailers, as our industry faces challenging times. With BCC’s emphasis on forward-thinking solutions, and our continued focus on customer support and satisfaction, we’re looking forward to showing postal professionals how these challenges create new opportunities for their businesses, and how BCC is the right partner to help them realize those opportunities.”
