PMC Writing Services Announced

Press release from the issuing company

Print/Mail Consultants, a consulting firm serving the document industry, has announced the launch a new division. PMC Writing Services leverages the firms experience and knowledge of the document printing and mailing industry to develop custom content that is designed to educate and inform industry decision-makers. Initially, the service will be aimed at vendors who sell products and services to print and mail producers.

“The large vendors in this market do a great job with branded content”, says company president Mike Porter, “We wanted to help all those other companies who have great products but can’t afford a full time PR firm or advertising agency to develop and manage content for them.”

Branded content is described as relevant material that has value of its own. It is meant to engage a target audience and fashion a favorable impression of the company. It is not hard-sell marketing, but valuable information that is carefully chosen and skillfully presented.

With PMC Writing Services, companies will identify their objectives and targets. Print/Mail Consultants will create articles for newsletters, web sites, trade publications, or blogs. The client may use the custom articles in any manner, under their own name. The entire process is confidential.
“We found that the subject matter experts in many of the smaller companies, the people best qualified to write articles, are often the founder or president. These people know the value of branded content but they simply don’t have the time to research, edit, and create the pieces,” said Porter, “PMC Writing Services gives them an opportunity to raise awareness for their products and educate potential customers by consistently publishing content that provides their target audience with valuable information they can use.”

Clients can engage PMC Writing Services on a project-by-project basis, giving them maximum budget flexibility. Print/Mail Consultants gives vendors access to a document industry perspective and a knowledge base that is not readily available from general freelance writers.
