August 12, 2003 -- At a recent meeting of the Nolan Moore Foundation, Trustees selected Robert Johnson, Sr., and Gale Woelffer to replace two of the Foundation's founding members -- Carl Motheral and Frank Proctor. Frank Proctor, former owner of Proctor Press, has fully retired and Carl Motheral, Motheral Printing, passed away in 2002.
Robert Johnson, Sr., is the founder of Johnson Printing Services, a Dallas company specializing in short-run books. Johnson is a former PIA-Texas and NAPL board member as well having served on various committees and task forces for the Association. Gale Woelffer is the president of BRW Paper, one of the region's major paper distributors with offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Kansas City metropolitan areas. Woelffer has served on various committees for the Association as well as an active committee member of the Nolan Moore Golf Tournament, which provides the major funding for the Foundation.
