The integration of ORIS Color Tuner Pro and ORIS Media Factory in to the Creel Printing prepress workflow played an integral role in managing color to allow Creel to achieve G7 Master Printer Status.
Founded in 1953, Creel Printing is one of the most tenured and awarded family-owned enterprises in the world of print. The IDEAlliance defines the G7 Master Printer Program as a qualification program that identifies those creatives, premedia and printing companies who have been trained to proof or print to G7 Neutral Print Density Curves and can meet print buyer requirements to produce proofs or printed output conforming to the metrics that reliably render brand images across print locations and different printing types. The qualification mark means that the printer uses the modern technology based on colorimetry, and employ G7 process controls. Attaining G7 Master Printer status is a competitive goal for those providing creative, premedia and printing services, worldwide. G7 Master Status is granted to a printing facility when a G7 Expert has qualified proofing systems and printing presses. G7 Master Qualification is valid for one calendar year and must be renewed annually.
Allen G. Creel, President of Creel Printing stated, "The team at Creel Printing are honored to have received G7 Master Printer certification. We have always been and will continue to be, committed to producing a quality product for our customers."
