Material to be offered for all major imagesetter and polyester CtP devices

St. Paul, Minnesota – Printware, the longest-standing independent manufacturer of high quality, high performance polyester CtP solutions, announced today it is expanding its SilverStream polyester plate material line to include new sizes and specifications for use in CtP systems from other manufacturers including Agfa, ECRM, Escher-Grad, Fuji, Heidelberg, Konica, Linotype, Lüscher, PrePRESS Solutions, Scitex, and Screen to mention a few.

SilverStream polyester material provides significant benefits to printers over other plate materials including:
- Runs lengths of up to 20,000 impressions
- Wide operating latitude with fast roll-up and a forgiving ink and water balance
- Compatibility with virtually all pressroom inks
- Optimal press performance with up to 175 line per inch and 5% to 95% screens
