Toledo, OH – Metzgers Printing + Mailing has purchased select assets of Quality Graphics of Archbold, Ohio and has agreed to hire two employees and will interview all others who may be interested in employment at Metzgers.

"The economy has changed our business so quickly, that we looked for a partner to assist our employees and to service our friends and customers" stated Glenn Miller, President of Quality Graphics. "We approached Metzgers about our situation and we know our customers will receive the very best quality and service at the same price that we've provided for years."

Metzgers has hired Quality Graphics sales rep Tami Roushia and customer service rep Aaron Miller. Tami will work out of the new Metzgers Bryan, OH office.  Aaron, son of Glenn Miller, President of Quality Graphics, will provide customer service and support to all current Quality Graphics customers to provide a smooth transition.  All past job files, databases and project information are being transferred to Metzgers.

"I have been blessed to work for such great people at Quality Graphics and with wonderful customers. Now I know I will be able to continue to service my customer base through my new team at Metzgers".

Quality Graphics will cease operations in Archbold on January 19, 2010 after 46 years of providing quality printing services to businesses throughout Fulton, Henry, Defiance, Williams and Putnam Counties. Terms of the sale were not released. Glenn Miller, President of Quality Graphics will be retained by Metzgers for consulting services. Steve Miller will pursue other business interests outside of the industry.

Metzgers has agreed to match the pricing for any and all Quality Graphics orders that have been printed during the last year and Metzgers has retained all files for direct or future reprints of Quality Graphics customers' projects.
