Lombard, IL and Sarasota, FL -- Aleyant Systems and Printers Software Inc today announced the completion of an integration between Aleyant Systems' Pressero web-to-print solution and Printers Software Inc's Presidio print management information system (MIS). Aleyant Systems is a leading provider of advanced web-based platforms for the graphic communications industry. Printers Software Inc is a leading provider of print MIS since 1979.
 
"We began this integration effort at the request of a specific customer," said Greg Salzman, President. Salzman explains that an order entered through Pressero will automatically show up in Presidio MIS.  When Presidio MIS reflects a status change, that information passes back to Pressero so customer service representatives or customers themselves can easily see the status of a job throughout the entire process.
 
Pressero is a web-to-print solution delivered in a hosted model at an affordable price. A basic implementation includes full use of the robust Pressero system and allows printers to quickly deploy an easy-to-use feature-rich web-based customer interface. Systems add-ons include custom interfaces and integration with workflow and other business systems.   
 
Pressero includes eDocBuilder, an easy-to-use, template based variable data application that allows customers to quickly and easily customize, proof, and approve variable data documents, including business cards, brochures and more, directly from a web browser, sending an imposed press-ready PDF file to the print service provider when the order is placed. This minimizes manual intervention and speeds variable data jobs to production using an industry-standard PDF workflow. The intuitive interface allows fast order entry and its robust scripting language enables a variety of intelligent responses based on user input.
 
Printers Software's Presidio MIS is modular and scalable to meet a printer's unique needs.  Applications include estimating, job costing, job tracking, accounting, purchasing, inventory and fulfillment.
