Marlborough, Ma. -  Pageflex, a division of Bitstream Inc. and a leading developer of enterprise variable publishing and web-to-print solutions, announced today Pageflex Storefront has been selected by Color World Printers, a full-service commercial printer providing marketing communications, direct mail and corporate communications services, based in Bozeman, Montana.  Color World Printers will use Pageflex Storefront to advance their web-to-print capabilities and build interactive web sites where clients can order and personalize a range of marketing materials.
 
Color World Printers had been providing web to print services for their clients for a few years. When they decided to add new capabilities, they turned to Pageflex Storefront. Says Mike Burgard, Chief Financial Officer at Color World, "We looked at a range of web-to-print solutions, but they didn't have the functionality that was available in Pageflex Storefront.  We especially like the control Pageflex Storefront give us on the customer facing part of the web site, letting us skin and design the site to best meet the needs of our clients. Through an intuitive Web-based interface, users can publish and manage a catalog of customizable document products, set up user access, determine customization workflows, set site skinning, and define user profile, shipping, and purchasing options. Pageflex Storefront was also recently upgraded to give users the ability to include a range of document types, including those crated in Adobe InDesign, in their Storefront.
