The most versatile digital press in the industry, the award-winning Meteor DP60 Pro can handle paper weights from 20 lb bond up to 130 lb cover (70 to 350 gsm or 16 pt) and plastics from 4 mil up to 16 mil (from 100µ up to 400µ). Compatible substrates include CS1/CS2, bond, Bristol and art/textured papers; PVC, polyester, polycarbonate, PET, polypropylene, vinyl and Teslin, as well as envelopes and certain specialty substrates such as canvas/buckram and magnetic material.
The Meteor DP60 Pro has the widest cut sheet size range of any digital press, from 4" x 6" (100 x 150 mm) up to 13" x 47" (330 x 1194 mm) and has full variable data capabilities. It produces brilliant prints at 2400 dpi @ 200 lpi resolutions (variable line screens available) and has integrated color management tools, such as an integrated densitometer and standard i1 spectrophotometer and can work in a variety of profiles, including Fogra (ISO 12647-7), ICC, SWOP and others. With the addition of the EnvelopExpress, printers have a digital solution for 4-color envelope printing with continuous feed capabilities.
