Fossella's presentation, "New & Emerging Technology in Branch Banking", examines the teller's role as the building block of the customer experience, and how branches are using technology and automation to enhance this experience now and in the future.  Fossella will survey near- and long-term branch technologies and share how banks are prioritizing technology investments in the current business environment to add to the bottom line while leveraging the finite time that customers are in the branch.  Fossella will also explore opportunities to gain synergies between branch technology and other various retail channels.
