(SCHAUMBURG, IL)  Sakurai USA was a major exhibitor at the recent PRINT '09, September 11-16, 2009 at McCormick Place South in Chicago.

Highlighting the Sakurai exhibit was the 575SDC 5-color offset press plus coater in the 6-up format size, the most popular model of Sakurai's family of presses. Also on display and creating considerable interest was Sakurai's MS-102AII Cylinder Screen Press printing overall UV coating on previously printed sheets from the Sakurai 575SDC.

"Although attendance was down from the previous Print show in 2005, and traffic was light on the first and last days, Print '09 was much more upbeat than I thought it would be. Things are coming alive again, and it's a very encouraging sign" said Don Bence, Vice President, Sakurai USA, Inc.  

"Sakurai and its participating dealers had good results from the 6-day show with interest and potential buyers identified for both our offset and cylinder screen presses. We look forward to an improved business climate for the balance of the year and throughout 2010", Bence added.
