The Board of Supervisory Directors of Océ N.V. has decided to nominate Mr. Rudi De Becker (62) as a member of the Board of Supervisory Directors. Since his nomination cannot be put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of April 23, 2009 in a legally valid way, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at a later moment in the coming months. Mr. De Becker will already be involved in the activities of the Board of Supervisory Directors as of April 24, 2009.

The Board of Supervisory Directors is of the opinion that, in view of his broad experience and knowledge of Océ's key markets, Mr. De Becker is well positioned to make a telling contribution to the activities of the Board of Supervisory Directors.
